Supplements



Oh goodness, it has been a while.  I recently moved stateside and now I'm in college at Boise State.

Well the Student Recreation Center is included with my tuition so I figured I'd get serious and start stacking supplements.
Right now, I'm using Gaspari Nutrition's Superpump 250 for pre-workout, Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein, and Animal PAK Daily Multivitamin.



I'd like to know what supplements you guys are taking, if any?

workin out.




Well if you're like me, you like to keep in shape while still sitting around playing videogames or whatnot.
I came across this book when I was cleaning my room a couple weeks ago.
Now usually, you see the headlines and have no faith.
I however, decided to try it out.
3 weeks into the first phase and I've already gained 3 pounds of muscle.

This is definitely a recommend, the workout plan has you only working out 3 days a week, every other day during weekdays. So plenty of time to game :D
